These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete agreement between you ("the User") and k99 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing access to and use of all services available at k99.sx. By creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.
These Terms apply to all games and services on the k99 platform — including Slots, Live Casino, Bingo, Sports Betting, Esports betting and Table Games accessible through the Game Lobby. They also apply to the k99 mobile app available for download on Android and iOS.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one k99 account. Opening multiple accounts — under the same name, different names, shared devices or shared payment methods — is a breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice, and any bonus funds or pending withdrawals associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
You are required to provide your real name, date of birth and a valid contact method when registering. k99 may at any point request identity verification documents to confirm the information provided. Failure to complete verification when requested will result in your account being suspended until the process is complete. Withdrawals are only processed to verified accounts.
Your username and password are personal to you. Do not share your credentials with anyone. k99 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account where that access was made possible by your own disclosure of login information.
k99 processes all financial transactions exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment channels are currently supported:
All payment methods must be held in your own name. k99 does not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. Deposits made from a third-party account will be returned and the associated k99 account will be reviewed.
J azzCash and Easypaisa deposits reflect in your PKR balance within seconds of confirmation. Raast and bank transfers may take up to two hours depending on the sending bank. Card deposits are typically instant but may occasionally require additional verification by your card issuer. There are no platform fees on standard deposits.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your account at the time of the transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account tier. k99 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with notice provided via the platform.
Note: Funds in your PKR balance that originated from bonus awards cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw bonus-linked funds before clearing wagering conditions will result in the bonus portion being forfeited.
Bonus offers available on k99 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and sports betting promotions — are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer. These Terms set out the general framework; the offer-specific page always takes precedence on details such as minimum deposit, eligible games and expiry date.
Each bonus is available once per person, per household, per device and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements expressed as a multiplier — for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must place PKR 20,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus balance converts to real withdrawable funds. The specific multiplier applicable to any given bonus is stated clearly in the promotion's terms.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all, depending on the specific promotion. The contribution rate for each game type is listed on the relevant bonus page.
Bonuses and any associated free spins expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Upon expiry, the bonus balance and any winnings generated from it will be removed from your account. Real money deposited funds are not affected by bonus expiry.
k99 monitors bonus usage patterns to identify abuse. If we reasonably determine that a user is exploiting bonuses — through low-risk staking strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play risk, or through coordination with other accounts — we reserve the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings and close the account.
A bet is only valid once you have received an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. If you do not receive a confirmation — due to a connection drop, app crash or any other interruption — check your bet history before assuming the bet was placed. k99 is not obligated to honour bets that do not appear in your account history.
Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended. This applies to all markets across cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, Esports and all other sports covered on the platform.
Cricket markets — including Pakistan Super League fixtures, T20 internationals and bilateral series — settle on the official result as determined by the relevant cricket board or tournament governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned or declared a no-result, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned to your PKR balance. Reduced-over matches settle on the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern adjusted result where applicable.
In-play betting markets are available on selected cricket, football and Esports events. Odds during live betting update continuously and reflect real-time match developments. k99 reserves the right to suspend or close any in-play market at any time without prior notice — for example, during a wicket review, injury stoppage or technical delay. Bets accepted before a market suspension remain valid unless the event is subsequently voided.
A bet may be voided in circumstances including: an event being cancelled, a team or player being incorrectly listed, a market being offered in error, or a technical fault that resulted in incorrect odds being displayed. Voided bet stakes are returned to your PKR balance at face value. Any winnings associated with a voided bet are not paid out.
Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day and per account. These limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement. In the event that a winning bet exceeds the maximum payout limit, the payout will be capped at the stated maximum. This applies equally to single bets and accumulator combinations.
The k99 Game Lobby offers Slots, Live Casino, Bingo and Table Games. Game availability may vary depending on your device, connection and account status. k99 reserves the right to add, remove or modify games in the lobby at any time without prior notice.
If your connection drops during a game round, the round will complete automatically according to the game's standard logic. The result will be recorded in your account history and the outcome — whether a win or a loss — stands. k99 is not liable for internet connectivity issues on the user's end.
All Slot and Table Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator software. Results are statistically independent from one round to the next — previous outcomes have no bearing on future results. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is displayed within the game's information panel.
Live Casino games are operated by third-party studio providers and streamed in real time. The rules of each live game — Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack and game shows — are governed by the rules displayed within the live stream interface. Where a dispute arises regarding a live game outcome, the studio provider's recorded footage and logs are the definitive record.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your k99 account credentials. We strongly recommend using a unique password that you do not use on any other platform and enabling any two-factor authentication options available in your account settings.
k99 will never contact you via phone, email or any messaging platform to ask for your password. If you receive any such request claiming to be from k99, treat it as fraudulent and do not respond. Report it to our support team immediately.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact k99 support straight away. We will temporarily lock the account while the situation is investigated. Any losses incurred as a result of you sharing your credentials with a third party are your own responsibility and k99 will not be held liable for them.
The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, along with forfeiture of any balance held:
k99 cooperates fully with investigations into financial crime and will provide relevant account data to appropriate authorities where legally required to do so.

You may close your k99 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any real money balance remaining in your account — after all wagering requirements on active bonuses have been assessed — will be returned to your registered PKR payment method. Accounts cannot be closed while a withdrawal is in progress or while an active bonus with a wagering requirement is pending.
k99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, identity misrepresentation, prohibited conduct as listed in Section 8, or failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe. In cases of account closure due to Terms violations, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real money deposits will be returned after investigation where no fraudulent activity is confirmed.
An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. k99 will make reasonable efforts to contact you via your registered contact details before applying any dormancy policy to the balance. Any applicable dormancy administration fee will be disclosed in the notification sent to you prior to its application.
k99 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via the email address or contact number on file, and we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after a change notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We recommend checking this page periodically, particularly if you have been inactive for a period of time and are returning to the platform. If you do not agree to a revised version of the Terms, you should close your account before the changes take effect.
